Seoul Gimpo International Airport is very well organised with good signage therefore passengers should have no problems negotiating any of the terminals. Information desks are on hand for those with queries. In the International Terminal, the information desk is located on the second floor, while in the Domestic Terminal, it can be found in the middle of the ground floor. A selection of shops can be found in the Sky City centre, which is located in the International Terminal.

Bars, Cafés and Restaurants

A selection of eateries and snack outlets can be found in the Sky City centre, which is located in the International Terminal. Among the establishments on offer are Burger King, Dunkin Donuts and Starbuck's.

Currency Exchange, Communications and Banking Facilities

A variety of banks offering bureau de change and withdrawal facilities are on hand in both the domestic and international terminals. In the Domestic Terminal, Chohung Bank is located on the first floor, Korea Exchange Bank on the second floor and Shinhan Bank on the third floor. In the International Terminal, Shinhan Bank is located on the ground floor and a bureau de change is on the second floor. Internet access is provided at the Seoul Information Centre, which has three web-connected PSs that are free to use.

Business and Conference Facilities

Passengers will find business and meeting facilities at the VIP lounges in both terminals.

Disabled Facilities

Passengers with special needs will find a wide variety of facilities at the airport. Ramps provide access for wheelchairs, while lifts further increase wheelchair access. For the visually impaired, there is Braille signage and an information broadcasting system. A total of 12 disabled-friendly bathrooms are available, while 108 designated disabled parking spaces can be found at the airport's three car parks.

Other Facilities
